I'm not a developer. With tools like Claude Code, I build working systems in my own businesses without writing code: sales, content, operations. I teach how on YouTube with a weekly build video and open step-by-step guides.

POSITION
One person can build more than you think.
Most people still treat AI as a Q&A screen. Today one person, without writing code, can build a lot more: an assistant that turns customer messages into sales opportunities, a report that updates itself every week, a radar that watches competitors, even a real product with real users. I build these on camera, every week.
That's why everything moves layer by layer under one roof. This site is the center: content and open systems live here. The AI Systems Workshop is the education layer, the monthly product line is the software layer, MS Editions is the physical layer. Massalia Studio and Eratt carry the services side. Underneath all of it runs the same method: I describe what I want, build it with AI, and test it in a real business.

HOW I WORK
Build in public. I teach the method.
What I write, the videos I record, the decisions I share are build in public. How I built something, which tool I picked and why, which decision I walked back and why. The method compounds as it gets shared.
The only thing I keep private is my clients' internal systems and data. The method itself is always open.

Four principles, on every job.

A working system first.
Everything I say I built is actually set up and running. Playbooks don't ship untested, systems don't get told without proof.

I share the method, I keep clients private.
I share how I build, step by step. Clients' internal systems, data and names never appear in any content.

A production system carries the rhythm.
One video a week, a system with every drop, a product a month. Motivation alone isn't enough. The production system I built carries that calendar.

The proof is the work itself.
Everything here was built with AI: this site, the open systems, the product line. Whatever I teach runs in my own business first.
